Bog myrtle? What the hell is that and where on Earth would you get it from?
Sounds like you're asking an infirm old Aunt if she wants to go to the toilet!

Gruitale just sounds like bock with weeds thrown in!!!

There are a LOT of different herbs and spices out there and you can use any combination or any single one. So you should be able to come up with something you'd like.
I'm just here for the beer.

Hello Boys and Girls,
Gruit Ale got down to 1010. Bottled it today.
The smell is lovely, the taste is going to take some getting used to! It`s like a spicy cough medicine! Very Weird! #-o
Drunk the sample jar in three mouthfuls, after the first one you think `Mmmm this is strange`, put it down, then you want more straightaway!
Half a pint left over in my jug, drunk that, went straight to my Head, feeling Tipsy! This is Strong stuff! :D

Dumped my Cock in the bucket and He did not like it at all! I`ve put Him back in with the chickens now! :D

Just had another small taster bottle of this stuff, and I must say that it is getting better. If that is possible!
The smell (sorry, Aroma) is great, MrsAles says horrible, taste it love, no, I`ll be sick!
I love this Brew, It is weird but at the same time it`s weird and nice! :D
`Armchair` will be getting a bottle soon and his tastebuds are better than mine, can`t wait for a real review of this Marmite Brew (love it or hate it)

God dammit! This thread's just So loaded with possibilities for infantile innuendo's ....! Sadly, I'm just so loaded with f**king stout that I feel I'm on that tipping point now ..... Oh Dear F**king God! For some reason, I just paused and spotted my finger nails! That's just f**king Disgusting!

Wales; FFS do that one where they chuck a cock bird in the FV. Beer must taste fowl!

You're, genuinely, the only person on this whole site I reckon could be f**ked up enough to try that! Image What else did ye do? Blackberries in stout?! :-&

Come on, Wales; The pleading eyes of the site are turned toward you. Please don't let us down ..........

Do that chicken in the bucket beer!

Send me a bottle of it. I'll sit here, in mortal horror of its f**king presence in my room, for the rest of my days!

But, you, Wales, will adopt the mantle of F**king Legend, in my eyes! Image
