This is the basic "Young's Brew Buddy" kit beer that came with the starter kit, I did the basics, but used BKE, nothing else, just to see how it was....
I only bottled this on 9/2/12
It cleared nicely, and tonight I dispensed a 2L pet bottle into a 5L water keg,losing the sediment, and hooked it up to my pump.
Having just come in from the pub, I thought I would give it a go ......
WOW, I'm quite stunned at the results, I know it will get better in time, but I can't complain..... I may be staying in more often
