I like to call this a balanced 'brew'.
A grown up tea in my childish mug
Cheers

Re: Coopers Stout again........!
Tea Bagged this today.
FG 1012 so I will bottle on Tuesday.
40 Rooibos Earl Grey Tea Bags split between two hop bags (tea bags). Too many for one bag.!
Let`s see if this will impart a little subtle (so delicate or precise as to be difficult to analyse or describe) Earl Grey Taste.

Had a `Taster ` 330ml bottle last night.
Not going to say BLM because it is beyond that!
It is so good I am going to look in my dictionary to find superlatives that are better than `Bloody Lovely Mun`!

In fact, it`s much better.
This is one of those Beers that you make and you run around the kitchen shouting `Yahoo, beat that Boys`, (or is that just me)?

Shame that SWMBO was in charge of your holiday logistics and you couldn't be there to stand on the podium.
Did you get watch the game on Saturday, or were you travelling?
Cheers

Re: Coopers Stout again........!
I got a bottle had it last night. Very nice drop indeed. Lovely tight head that lasted all the way down, with a nice hint of earl grey. Wish I'd got a couple of em now.

Re: Coopers Stout again........!
Wow, what a lovely pint!
I served mine a bit too cool (9C), so the head didn't hang around for long, but what a lovely easy drinking stout.
I got some Earl Grey in the aroma, but couldn't pick it out in the taste, but it's turned an ordinary Coopers Stout into a very very moreish sweet stout
I am now very tempted to try and replicate this brew for my keg.
Cheers as usual WA!
