I might have messsed this up!
Bottled it today.
I didn`t put in the Earl Grey, just 38 Vanilla Tea Bags.
I had 2 cups of Vanilla Tea as a taster, Very Vanillarryyyyy!
I thought it might mellow out in a 20Lt Brew.
It did NOT mellow out in a 20Lt Brew!
Bloody Hell Mun, this is Vanilla to the nth degree!
Still, the Ladies might like it.

If you like Vanilla with a bit of Stout in it, this is it!

Hi WA, this T-Bag thing you do, is it as straight forward as chuckin X amount of Earl grey or Vanilla T-Bags in ya FV on day 7 or 10 and leave it be till bottling time?
I really wanna do this as I knocked up a Coopers a-la Ditch today.
Just needin ya confidence Pal, so I can make it a Coopers a-la Ditch Ft- Wales Ales.
like a brewin Simon Cowell.

If you can get to Holland and Barratt, get the `Rooibos` Tea bags, really full of flavour.
Both are great, but I prefer the Earl Grey.
Put the Tea bags in a sanitised, rinsed muslin/voile bag weighted down with a bag of sanitised/rinsed bag of marbles.
Put them in FV on day 7, take them out a day before bottling, squeeze all the juice out into the FV.
I don`t know if you have seen this post, it is worth a read anyway just to see Monkeybrews` last post!

Do you think I am fibbing about the Smoked Ham Joint in the FV for 2 weeks?
How very dare you! I am most offended!
Look in the `Tap Room` on `Funky Brews`.

Last Brew of 2016.
Coopers Stout to 20Lts
1kg Dark Spraymalt (I normally use Medium)
500gr Demerara Sugar
OG 1050
Going to do the Earl Grey Tea Bags again because it was so good!
40gr at day 7, 40gr extra at day 10, all out squeezed day 13, bottle day 14.
What could possibly go wrong.
