Buldog brew Premium Cider Kit Mixed berries

Hi All
I maybe a little premature here but 24 hours after starting this kit after carefully ensuring I kept the temperature between 20C and 30C and sitting it on a temperature controlled heat pad set to 23 degrees of C, nothing is happening.
The added tiny balls of yeast are floating in the brew and there are a few bubbles on the surface, but I am used to brewing beer where the morning after it has started the lid is usually attempting to achieve orbit after the first night in the fermenting vessel.
Is this normal for cider? I'm brewing it for the upcoming nuptials of a favoured niece and hoping for success....

Panic over everybody.
got up this morning to find brown liquid and bubbles all over the top of the brewing vessel lid and an overflowing airlock.
Always happens overnight when you're not loooking.
