I am currently fermenting this kit the instructions say to add hops on the fourth day (part of kit) do I just sprinkle them on or put them in a muslin bag?? Need a quick reply to this thanks.

Use a bag as it saves trying to filter out the bits. If you've got something to weight it down a bit - 1.5 to 2 ounces, helps to stop the bag just floating on the surface. Make sure you sterilise the bag, weights and anything you tie it up with.

Forgot to say on removal you'll get the most from your hops by giving the bag a good squeeze - downside is though it can result in a haze in the finished brew.
