MM Fresh wort kit arriving tomorrow

This will be interesting! One of the MM fresh wort kits will be here tomorrow. I've ordered it with a Wyeast 1056 yeast. Plenty of hops for dry hopping already in my freezer.

The kit is OG 1.056 for 20 litres. I'll put an extra couple of litres of water into it to drop it to about 1.051.

Really looking forward to tasting it.

Yup. Started it on Thursday September 21st. Kegged it yesterday, 27th. So easy to make!

Once it's cleared and I've had a chance to taste it I'll post a review.
