Just returning to wine making after 30 odd years.
I'm wondering how long the above finings last once they've been opened? I read somewhere that there's about a month or so on them but elsewhere I've read that they're ok well past this time. No mention of how far past though.
What's the general concensus on this?
I've got a couple on kits going at the moment to get soon stock on but I'm planning on some Asda red grape juice wow types in the months to come so advice on the medium term storage of the finings would be a great help.
