For my juice wines I made up a spreadsheet calculator to formulate my recipes. Just click in the relevant box on the ingredient and pick your juice from the list. Enter the quantity in the Qty column and it will put the amount of sugar value in there for you. Do this for all the ingredients and you will have a total sugar guide and expected SG. I can't upload xlsx files here so if anyone wants a copy I can email it.
