Neutral flavour

Can anyone advise which juice is best to use for winemaking where a neutral flavour is required to allow flavour concentrates to be added?

Got to be apple. Well that's what I always used as a base when making the missus' wine, to good effect.

Thanks for the reply Capped, do you mind if I ask if you have any good recipes? I was thinking of a plum wine using a concentrate flavouring and some fresh fruit.

You don't say what flavour you want to add and what you hope to achieve as a drink.
If you do really want 'neutral’ as a base for concentrates why not bash out a sugar wash.
Simple and cheap
