Hi all
new to winemaking, can anyone point me in the direction of complete basics for a beginner? When to use the hydro etc a full on step by step guide. wanting use veg from garden etc

I (along with many other winemakers) found this a good place to start - First Steps in Winemaking by CJJ Berry

If you have any specific questions, ask on here as I'm sure someone will be able to help

Watch out for CJJB's sugar quantities - they tend to be a bit high

I cut down the sugar last year,and l didn't like them! By the time l've racked twice and topped up with water, it does lower the ABV somewhat.
