Can anyone recommend a supermarket wine recipe that would best approximate a Chardonnay/white Pinot Noir/Champagne blend?
Thought I might have a crack at making some bubbly!
Best champgne type supermarket wine?
Re: Best champgne type supermarket wine?
I remember reading somewhere on here about making a prosecco clone with chardonnay kits or something, how well it did in a corny keg. Quite fancy a go at that. I'm sure if you root around on here you'll eventually turn it up.

I made one with a Sauvingnon Blanc wine kit force carbed in a Cornelius Keg which has turned out quite well.
