Hi folks,
I've pitched two packets of ec-118 yest into a 1.120 5 gallon batch of elderflower champage and the fermentation is painfully slow at 22C. Its now got a krausen, but the airlock is bubbling every 10mins or so and its only dropped 10 points in 72 hours. I have a packet of us-44 ale yeast, should I wait it out or throw this in to see if anything happens?

I personally would wait it out, especially considering the high original gravity
