Hiya,
Im doing a gallon experiment of blackberry cider and i have two yeasts at hand. One is Notts danstar and the other champagne yeast, i like dry(ish) ciders. Which one should i use? I just dunno......

Did two ciders last year, one white wine yeast and one champagne yeast. The champagne finished dryer than the two and i had to sweeten it up. The white wine was sweeter so i just bottled it. Enjoy. If you don't try it, you'll never know
