you could try using the forum search facility, brings up plenty of results

here is Orfy's recipe, I've done it a few times successfully as have a good few forumees.

Ive done Orfy's recipe and all I can say is that even though I didnt have the Dextrine(?) this recipe is awesome! It is just getting better and better every time I open a bottle.

Drinking: Brooklyn black Chocolate Stout 8%, 1500 Ducks Amber, Titan RIS Parti-gyle, Andromeda Pale Ale, Chana IPA, Guiseley Blone Ale
Conditioning: Yorkshire Stong Bitter
Lagering: Bugger all
Souring: NYD 2013 Robust porter
Fermenting: Faux Pils
Brewing:
Planing: NYD Brewathon oud Bruin, Golden Condor APA, Oat Stout, Solaris MkII

fantastic fellas, thanks for that, gonna give it a go next brew. HLT heating up for a batch of Styrian Stunner today....... a day off work, pi..ing down outside, what better way to spend the day :=P

Sounds a good tasting pint, might go with you on that hale-to-the-ale and make that my third AG. Hobgoblin is a damn good beer.
