For 26L:

6.1kg Lager malt
500g Wheat Malt
630g Carapils
630g Pale Crystal
255g Chocolate malt

Mash 68C

N Brewer 9.3% 67g 90min
N Brewer 9.3% 33g 15min
Cascade 5.5% 51g 5min
Cascade 5.5% 51g 0min
Centennial 56g Dry Hop (Left in for a good 6 weeks!)

Whirlfloc at 15min

OG 1066
FG 1015
IBU 65 (Tinseth)


2xUS05 pitched at 17C
Raise to 18C after 4 days
Crash cooled day 15
Racked to plastic keg, then 6 weeks later, the remnants to corny where it was counter pressure filled in bottles.
