Hi all, I want to do a small batch beer recipe,I will start with 9lt of water to mash with , I will sparge with the hot wort and no extra water and I want to do a 30 minute rolling boil with the remaining wort, looking for 4% to 5% AVB
Here is a list of the Ingredients I have to use up.
MALTS
20kg maris otter
340g chocolate malt
400g crystal malt
470g cara malt
460g wheat malt
460g Munich malt
HOPS
75g falconer flight
100g challenger
50g northern brewer
YEAST
Gervin Ale yeast
Safale S-04
Safale US-05
ANY IDEAS

I would go with something like:
MO 90%
Cara 5%
Munich 3%
Wheat 2%
Challenger @ 60 or 90 mins to 20 IBU
Northern Brewer @ 15 for 5 IBU
Falconer's flight @ 5 for 5 IBU
Falconer's flight @ 0 steep 20 grams.
You will need some brewing software to plug that into, and it helps if you know your system as well in terms if efficiency etc.
