Pimping a light lager

Post by Manngold » Thu Mar 30, 2017 9:53 pm

Got a very light lager in the go using Mangrove Jacks Bohemian Yeast. I really want to dry hop it with something to give it a bit more of an edge. Was thinking a healthy dose of Citra, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks for any advice.

Dry hopped citra in a california common / Heineken clone(ish) for my brother. It was delicious, even a year later. I'd say mosaic would be a good alternative

I hadn't thought of Mosaic, might give that a try. I plan to do a lot of Citra style Pales for the Summer so that could be a nice alternative.

Thanks for the suggestion.
