has anyone got a clone for dent brewery kamikazi, had this years ago and loved it, no idea if they still brew it.

I haven't but I am drinking a Dent Aviator that I just got from the Ambleside beer shop. Was really surprising to see it, Dent beer is not easy to find! What was in the Kamikazi?

Brewery: Dent Brewery/The George & Dragon Hotel (1990-present) in Dent, Sedbergh, Cumbria, UK
Style: ESB
OG: 1048
ABV: 5.0%
Grainbill: 80.6% Pale, 9.7% CaraMalt, 9.7% Wheat Malt
Early hops: Northdown, Fuggles (90 min)
Late hops: Styrian Goldings (15 min)
IBU: 32
Colour: golden amber
Yeast: English ale

how does one convert those grain percentages kilos and grams, not to good with maths, what would be the hop amounts, i do like beers quite hoppy.
