pilsnerish recipes

hi its my first stab a an 90l biab brew batch sparge

recipe is
5 packs of dry kolsch yeast
16.5 kg muntons pilsner malt
1.5 kg of meladonium malt
66g magnum hops 60min
100g sazz 30min
100g sazz 10min plus 3portofloc

done for cost and 4 corny brew size
any thoughts

Should be good, although I'd go less on the meladonium (melanoidin?).
A long time ago I read somewhere that some brewers that brew kolsch and pilsner use the same recipe for both except for the yeast.
I'm just here for the beer.
