Hop combinations

Post by Midlife » Fri Oct 13, 2017 7:56 pm

Hello,

I have got the grains for a Yakima red type recipe and some left over hops I can use... What's the best hop combination from Centenial, Simcoe, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin. I am trying to avoid a clash and can't find a clear answer when I search.

Thanks.

Centennial and cascade are a classic APA combo.
I'm just here for the beer.

+1, but adding in the Simcoe would be better :D

Nelson Sauvin will clash with most hops, but sometimes in a good way :?

My preferred simcoe partner is amarillo.

Centennial, Cascade and Chinook make a good combo, but as Rookies says, Amarillo and Simcoe are a match made in heaven...
I like beer --- Currently rebuilding the brewery, this time with stainless...
