Raspberry chocolate Russian imperial stout

I want to make a raspberry chocolate Russian imperial stout, the Russian imperial part based on greg hughes recipe. I have been looking at recipes online and the amount of cocoa powder and raspberries varies a lot especially the raspberries. I am doing a 20l batch and was going to add in 200g cocoa powder and use 1.5kg of raspberries in secondary. Does this sound about right? Some recipes had about 4.5kg raspberries which sounds a lot?

Fermenting:
Conditioning: Altbier, Mlk stout
Drinking: Belgian dubbel, Helles, Vienna SMASH
Planning: Cascade SMASH, low ABV lager

I can't speak from RIS experience but I've done a couple of chocolate oatmeal stouts around 5% using 200g of cacao nibs per 20L, I don't know how that equates to cocoa powder but it gives a nice amount of chocolate.
As for the raspberry I tried a gallon with 750g, that was way too sharp.

Where did you add the cocoa nibs?
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Soaked in vodka for a day then the whole lot added to the FV for a week.
