I want to do another brew day very soon but just cannot decide on the type to brew. The grainfather is just itching to be used again
I have an ESB and best bitter currently conditioning so would like something completly different to those. I dont really have a favourite style.
I might just have to flick through a couple of my recipe books with my eyes closed and pick one at random
Any thoughts of wisdom, i still have a carved pumkin left over from halloween thats slowly decomposing in the garage so maybe a funky pimkin ale

I wouldn't use the decomposing pumpkin...

Re: Just cannot decide
I did a base porter and then split into the 2 suggestions above. Only used a single pod in 11L but would increase to at least 1.5 or even 2 next time so, if you're doing a 5 gallon you may need to go to 3 or possible 4 but it's all down to personal taste as per usual.

Milk stout. Always like a stout in the winter.
