Seems to also have a galaxy dry hop.

For me, this is one of the best beers I have brewed. It is lovely.

Yep that's it. This was the original and the dry hop addition came later and even though I have brewed both variations many times I'm not sure which I prefer. I prefer to let it mature at least a month as galaxy can be harsh when drank to young but again other will differ.
Re: Dennis’s Galaxy
I absolutely love galaxy coupled with citra. Would be interesting to try with wlp002.

Re: Dennis’s Galaxy
I've just mashed in, looking forward to tasting it.
Subbed aromatic for carapils as that was the closest I had. My galaxy is pellet so I've subbed the battering hop for admiral ( I like to have some leaf to filter)

When Dennis brings a crate of this to the HBF, there is a mad rush to get a couple of bottles before `BarnsleyBrewer` shows up!

Re: Dennis’s Galaxy
I would like to brew this but down at 4%, sticking to 92/6/2 ratio would this still come similar to the original?
Cheers.
