I really like centennial, did it in a SMASH with crisp extra pale malt as an Aussie sparkling ale lagerish thing, turned out very very good and I'll go back to it when I run out of the pride of ringwood I am using for my VB clone (have about 300g left so a way to go!).

I do similar with cascade. Very very good.
