Coopers pilsner.
1 kg of extra light DME.
200g of Dextrose.
10g of Hallertau Hersbrucker.
15gof Saaz.

Dissolve 300g of DME in 4.5l water.
Bring to the boil and add HH.
Boil for 5min and add Saaz.
Boil for 10min.
Allow to cool for 15min.
Add to FV with remaining ingredients and top up to 20l.
Ferment @ 12c for around 3 weeks then bottle and carbonate at room temperature for 2 weeks.
Lager @ 1c for 4 weeks.
DRINK.

I have started increasing hop amounts as I now bulk lager for 1 month prior to bottling and 1 month after carbonation. Will update when I'm happy with results but this may take a couple of months :=P .

When you came to bottle your brew was there enough yeast left in the wort to carbonate or did you have to add a small amount of yeast again

There must be enough yeast as no probs with carbing.
