Update on the stout

I think it's stuck. SG after adding "some brown sugar" was ~ 1.052 ish. Might have been higher as did not dissolve the sugar before adding. One week in primary and Gravity is now 1.016 and trial jar sample is sweet with little bitterness. Anyone got any advice?

Forgot to add. No activity in airlock now. Vigorous initial ferment but no krausen.

Fletch,
Leave it for another week, or 7 days, whichever is easier for you! :D
