1 can Harvest Bitter
Yeast as supplied
500 gm medium spray malt
500 gm ber enhancer(youngs)
15 gm goldings(pellet) steeped in caffatiere for 15 mins
Brewed to 18 litres
Dry hopped with 25 gm Fuggles(pellet)steeped the bag for 10 mins then put both liquid and bag in FV for 5 days
racked onto 78.5 gm sugar and bottled
Quite cloudy in the bottle for around 10 days but cleared quite well by day 14. Cracked one open after only 14 days in the bottle(impatient) and actually not bad. Quite bitter, reasonable small head
reasonable colour and ok taste. Could well improve a fair bit when kept for a month or so.
