Hello all i want to use my RG550 pump to pump cleaning solution through my hopback cfc & fermenter when my beer is boiling. I know that you can purchase Cip stainless sprayballs but they are very prisey also i prefer making my own stuff when possible. Has anyone constructed anything from copper pipe with holes drilled or use a spray nozzel ect. Can't seem to find much on the net about constructing your own Cip system. Any information welcome. Cheers

when we needed the Dynorod guy to come and unblock our main soil pipe he had a ss ball thing on the end of a high pressure hose.
It fired most of the jets of water backwards and so pulled the ball and hose up thru the soil pipe cleaning any blockage as it went.

The same ball thing could possibly be used in a CIP.
Check out the beers we have for sale @ Mix Brewery
