Just sourced a 12' by 6' potential brewhouse. Its the back 6' of my garage. Plan to install a partition wall down the 12' width. Theres a door on one 6' side and a window on the other 12' side. . Plan to up grade from kit brewing to ag with an extract or two in between. Water, elect is no probs. Thinking of using a gas boiling ring to heat water. This is my first post so your opinions on what equipment and layout design are needed......Thanking you in advance....

I see a tower set up against the far 6' wall ... metal shelving on three tiers .. HLT on the top MT on level two and boiler on level 3 dropping to FV on the floor ... not unlike my own ... push up against the window wall so the steam can get out ..
The fore area against the 12' wall can be used for cold storage with converted fridge or freezer with bar constructed above .. again not unlike mine
Under window can be storage/work area ..

Looks like you've got a great brewhouse in the making!

Why not have a look at some of the brewday threads, or search in the equipment section to find out what other peoples' set ups are like? You might get some good ideas from that (though Danny's idea is a great start!).

Ok....ok..... Ive been busy clearing garage, gathering equipment and making a keg fridge. (dont know how to link post, ive just worked out pictures!!!!). Ill take some pics of the garage with the sh@*t cleared just to wet your whistles.......and keep you on your toes.

Just need to make some doors and do a bit of plumbing when i get time. Tested the gas boiler and it took 45mins to get 25litres to 75 degrees c, not sure if this is good or bad??
