Corneys coming my way!

Norm has just taken payment for 2 19l corneys, regulator and tap.

Can pick the Pub gas up for an initial £45 with £15 refills.

Funny thing is i've only tasted about 2 pints of any brew i've made so far .

Oh well its my xmas present to myself, SWMBO isn't all the happy I don't think.

Not a bad deal on the gas either. I have aquired a full cylinder but dont know where I will get it filled yet.

I'm already addicted. Only started brewing 3 weeks ago!

Already looking for a chiller and maybe some pumps.

I'm not going to do things by halfs it seems.

The price of my pub bottle was 60 pound, but only £9.50 per fill, as for getting addicted I kwow where your coming from. I completed my 1st AG 3 weeks ago, since then I,ve bought 4 cornies (2 more to come for chrissy presents) gas bottle, knocked the pantry down to build a bar, tomorow having a round trip of 140 miles to buy shiney fonts and flash chiller for bar ( that isnt built yet). Found myself in a pub yesrerday not watching the football but eying all the stuff in/on the pub bar that I could aquire for my bar and in general being a bit of an anorack. Still I managed to blag a couple of optics and a few beer towels/beermats.

Whats a good price to pay for a twin line flash chiller? Ive got the urge for one, and maybe another couple cories!!

I got mine for £116 off ebay, but it also came with a font, drip tray, python, sankey keg coupler, co2 regulator and pressure relief valve. I have seen the price of £80ish mentioned in various posts on here plus the packaging of course.

The shiney has arrived!! My mum has taken collection of the cornies so will have to pick them up after work.

A mate at work has a full CO2 bottle that he is selling but he only drives a car to work once in a blue moon so may have to go and buy one instead.

Can't wait to get home now!

Picked up th wrong size tube last night

I bought 5mm ID tube and if i'm correct JG use OD measurements so its too big

Will have to wait until I go to the homebrew shop on Saturday to get some more.
