S30 thread size

Does anybody know the external male tread size on a S30 valve.

Only just found this post.

Mac - is it one of these as seen on a 2" budget barrel lid?

If so, it's not a standard size as far as I can tell - not BSP or metric coarse. 17.8mm across the threads and 2mm pitch, or 0.7" by 13 TPI.

does anyone know how to join co2 frm your regulator to these?

That's the one. It's an odd one alright. I've tried BSP and Metric too :(

You can use a universal barrel connector but the way the rubber band air seal works on the S30, you will only be reading the line pressure and not the keg pressure. This is fine but you'll need to either take the rubber off and keep the uni connector and reg active or you can leave the rubber in place and pressurise and disconnect, if that makes sense.
