hello all has any body got any experience of these just got one today to use on my boiler unscrewed the cover and im a bit concerned that the pins my be a bit on the short side. i was going to use the lead from our wallpaper stripier to save buying one but it wont work with that as the pins are too short to make contact.
hoping i don't have to screw it all back together to take it back #-o

The Tesco kettles are cheapest and very easy to install.

IMHO they are also identical to the Asda ones.

I`ve got a Morrisons one in my boiler, with the short pins,
I just cut 5mm off the plug and its worked a treat in over 20 brews
now so it doesn`t do any harm to cut the plug down, though probably not
reccomended :D
