Idea for a sparge type thing

What do you guys and gals reckon to using one of these garden sprayers for sparging?

I wouldn't have thought it would be food safe.

Seems ok albeit a bit fussy getting temps right.I use one of these to clean my beer lines through.

I would think its a bit over kill and over complicated. Just some food safe plastic tubing with pin holes in would do, or.... watering can heads?

I use one for putting oil in the gearboxes of my Land Rover. 8)

As it happens I have tried one of those; there are not many methods of sparging that I haven't tried for obvious reasons.

I can't remember whether the spray was good or bad, but I ended up distorting important bits of it with 80°C water. and that was the end of it - kaput.
