Got myself a Maxi 110

How do I try it out?

Is there an instruction manual available for download?

I've in/out, overflow and two other pipes at the top with 90 Deg elbows, wtf is that for?

Help quickly needed; am in dire need of a cool ale! ;)

Oh... do I need to set the temp, allow it to heat up/cool down and should I clean it?

Ta

Ok 'Product In' is where you connect your keg of beer to the cooler, 'Product Out' is where the cooled beer exits the cooler to your tap. The other two pipes are for cooling beer pumps to give you that condensation effect you see on many lager pumps. You'll likely not need this so you'll need to connect both ends with a small piece of 3/8ths pipe and JG fittings. If you don't you'll have water everywhere. Fill the cooler up with water until it starts coming out of the overflow, switch on, give it 20 minutes to get to temperature then drink cold beer. :)

Just to clarify, here's mine. Mine's not a Maxi110 but it's a similar setup.

I take it when I clean my lines, just leave the chiller in place to clean that too?
