I brewed three beers in fairly rapid succession. One of them I mention here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=23847
All of 'em are going through a secondary fermentation now. I mixed 14g of cane sugar with 14g of DME to about a half a pint of water. Boiled the &*&^% out of it for about 15 minutes, cool and add along with finings. These beers are for a pretty big party. I'll be surprised if they last longer than 2 hours. All served via my Angram beer engine.
