To Much Foam

Post by Talisman » Sat Jun 20, 2009 12:40 am

Few months back i changed over to a beer engine. Server all my beer from a cornie gassed to about 3-5 psi. Through a check valve. And pull nice clear pints.

I always have another cornie full of beer sat next to the one im drinking so when one has finished i clean the lines and swap over. Always worked well until today.

Went to swap over and the gass line to the new keg had been sat at about 25psi for a good few weeks...

Ive obviosly dropped this down to about 5 psi again but all the beer im pulling is coming out very foamy and cloudy. Is there anything i can do to try release some of the gas that is obviously stored now in the beer..??
