Not sure about stainless. Mine is 10 gallons (45.5l) It's outer jacket is galvanized steel and the inner is plated (nickel i think) copper. there is a picture of it in my last brewday post a few days ago. There are a few brewers hat use them here. One went on ebay a few months back for about £65.
