Wiring an ATC-800 to be portable

Post by Scotty » Mon Sep 14, 2009 1:38 pm

Looking at the ATC-800's on ebay, I notice they provide a 3rd option that shows the controller with seperate 4-way extensions for hot or cold.

Has anyone managed to do this at home so the controller can be used on other items as opposed to being hard-wired to one unit?

Haven't you seen Chris's lunch box

Quite a few have done something along those lines, here's my TC-10

Yipe i've also used the patented lunch box design that chris came up with (even used a tescos lunch box). There is a wiring diagram that chris generously posted on the forum, im sure you can find it if you do a search.
