Little bottler

anyone had any trouble with amazing little device leaking a little once you stop filling the bottle?

Not really, a couple of drip, placed a bowl under it last night when doing 40 bottles of mild, guess there was about a 1/4 pint there by the end, but that was a mixture over drips and overflowing bottles.

It's molded plastic, probably not made to consistent and exacting standards, if yours is a bit sh!te then I'd take it back.

Yup me too, it seems you have to keep it dead straight on release to get it to seal ok.

It's a great and simple design yet they've kept it a little too simple so it leaks; it should use runners to keep it straight and maybe a spring too.

No problem with mine apart from a slight dripping some of which is going to be from liquid clinging to the outside. I do my bottling in a bowl, which stops the kitchen floor from getting sticky.
