I used that same bucket as a MT, with a [Daab's] plate false bottom and three layers of camping may insulation. Holds temperature to within a degree over 90 mins and can handle a 23L 1060 OG brew when batch sparging (2 runoffs). Works so well I've not needed any modifications since its first mash.

Secondary / Conditioning : Nothing
Drinking : Mosaic IPA
