TC-10 Wiring Help

I bought a TC-10 and a heat mat to control my fermentation temp. Unfortunately I cant work out how to wire it from the instructions! Can anyone help?

Picture below of how I have wired it




Picture isn't great- so I have 2 N wires going into 1, L power in going to 2, L power out to heater from 5. Is this correct?
