New Equipment Sugestion

Hi

I am currently AG brewing and have a boiler / mash tun / HLT but i am short of a few things, i was wondering which one of the following two items would make the best addition to my setup..

Wort Ciller
Currently i leave my hot wort over night to cool before pitching the yeast

No temperature controll for fermenting

I currently have this in my house at a varying temperature but never lower than 17 and not higher than 22, house temperature not wort.

I think you'll be fine without temp control over winter months, I would go for the chiller. Ask for the temp controller for Christmas

Temperature control can be done with an aquarium heater. Wort chillers are dead easy to make.
