Syphon Tube

Hi. I managed to drop a (sanitised) piece of syphon tubing into the pressure barrel I'm using as a secondary FV for my porter. Probably a silly question, but will it be OK in there until I bottle in a week or so?

I did that into a keg once so it had to stay there until the beer had been drunk. It came out looking a bit opaque but the beer tasted OK.
