Google Igloo coolboxes, that search will give the whole range on offer.I bought a max cold 47L thermal insulated with drain plug so no need to butcher it,simply add your own tap. On ebay uk £56 with PP, a steal.Take away camping and it does keep ice cold for 5 days ,with the added bonus of losing 1-2d over a 90 min mash without extra insulation.

I use one of these for a mashtun, its a very common choice here in the New World :aarh:

Here read this, it speaks to the issue:

I was looking at Igloo Max Cool the other day. They are very good quality and the insulation is thick. Would make a very good Mash tun except they are only 19 Ltrs which is a little on the small side.

I would try this one

The only thing is.....for £70, you're nearly at the same price as a Nordic Thermo-Box in shiny stainless steel.

If you could find a 10G Igloo like that for £50 or less, it would be good. Other than that, I'd save a few more pennies and go shiny.

The other coolboxes in the other thread listed seem like a bargain though.

Have a look at the one linked from there. its only £20 plus p&p and is great for a mashtun.

cheers
