Just browsing about on t'web and came across Recirculating Immersion Controllers for use in sous vide cooking....

Basically, a 15l/min pump, 2KW immersion heater and PID/SSR all in one unit. I don't know what the price is, but they look as if they could be made into a self contained RIMS system with a bit of tweaking and attachment to a suitable vessel.
