Alumasc keg and coupler

Just been given, as part of a mates garage clear out, 2 ceramic lined aluminium alumasc kegs, 1 keg coupler, a large CO2 canister, various taps and lines etc.

Are they worth keeping and if so, what the hell do I do with them? Can I use them for pale ales, milds, porters etc. brewed using AG method and will they work ok.

Is there any guidance on how to connect them up?

Hope someone can assist as I could really do with some more barrels and these look fab - i.e. shiny .
