Where to get food grade rubber sheet?

This is for sealing round the false bottom of my mash tun. By the looks of it, 1.5mm neoprene would be good because it can cope with higher temperatures. Anyone know anywhere I can get small quantities? I've found places that do 10m rolls for £250, but I just need a piece about 350x250mm, or even smaller at a pinch.

Solution suggested by Oxford Brewer is to use silicon tubing split lengthways.
I ended up using SS mesh round the edge and underneath.

Order placed. Thanks Tangoman and Horatio (sounds like a crimefighting duo ). I did consider tubing but that would mean reducing the size of the false bottom. It fits like a glove at the moment, until you pour hot water in, when the difference in thermal expansion coefficients of the copper bottom and plastic of the tun means a gap opens up down one side and end.

I'm not worried about stuff falling through, but I want to avoid channelling down the sides when sparging. The plan is to fix the silicone sheet flat round the edge, with about 2mm sticking out. When the bottom is dropped in, the rubber will fold upwards and when the gap opens up it will unfold downwards as the gap opens. Then when it cools again it will jam in and I'll never get the bugger out

Cor! Shiny holey stainless. I did consider this for my false bottom but decided it cost too much and would be a pain in the bum to machine to the correct shape. In the end I went with copper:
