I took the lid off an old freezer I acquired and fitted a collar that I knocked together from melamine shelving I had spare. Fixed this to the top of the freezer then fitted the lid to the new collar. I then lined it out with 35mm Kingpsan insulation.
There’s a bit of a mish-mash look with the odd-one-out plastic tap but that’s all I’ve got for now till funds allow for 3 matching chrome ones with sparkler attachments, if that is, they can be sourced anywhere?
Temperatures being managed by my new STC-1000 which was my big outlay. All the kegs are running at the same pressure at the minute but the next phase is gas management. I’m really not sure where to start with gas management but hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction.
