Hi there,
This is my second post about this. I have the above regulator. I have been told by the people who sold it, that the outlet thread size is 3/8 inch. However when I try and use one of the 3/8 John Guest fittings it is just too small.
The connector I thought would work is:

hi mcbrew 3/8" but what thread.. the item you linked to has an FFl thread, if a UK bit of kit then its more likely to be bsp. the fact the 3/8"ffl fitting is to small suggests your thread is either bsp or ntp,,if uk sourced my guess would be bsp, a 1/4" bsp thread is about 1/2" in diameter, there is a reason , just dont ask me..
ist update for months n months..

Yes it is UK piece of kit. So although they advertise it at 3/8 BSP its not really for reasons unknown. When I measured it, it was more like 5/8.
Thank you. Perhaps I am not going crazy after all.

I have that regulator and the thread is 3/8" BSP not FFL.

jamesb,
Could you tell me what connector you use and where you sourced it from?
Much appreciated.

I used a 3/8" to 6mm fitting from A&B air systems in wrexham. I usually use metric fittings (then a 10mm to go on normal beer/gas line at the end) because I can pick them up anytime I want.
JG do a 3/8" BSP to 3/8" speedfit connector. Not on the computer at the moment so haven't got a link.

You need a straight adaptor or a swivel elbow depending what suits you best.
Strange it's 3/8" BSP as 1/4"BSP is more or less standard for compressed gas. Barley Bottom only does the 1/4" straight but you should find one easy enough.
Edit ]The sizes are confusing but the size ie 3/8" refers to the id of the pipe the tread is cut on, it is after all a British Standard Pipe thread
